I'm Shubham Banthia, a staff-level software engineer with 10+ years building distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and GCP. I've driven org-wide technical initiatives at Amazon, Oracle and Harness, and I enjoy leading and mentoring engineers through greenfield builds and large re-architectures.
These days I'm focused on AI engineering, building systems with Claude, MCP and agentic workflows, both at work and in side projects.
