Led a local LLM-powered agent (Python/FastAPI, Ollama) that runs natural-language SSH operations, classifies destructive actions and routes them through Slack-based human approval. Adopted by 100+ engineers org-wide as the standard tool for safe infrastructure operations.
Led performance optimization across 7 high-volume cloud infrastructure APIs, improving response times by 50-90% and cutting a 100K-device request from 17.4s to 0.85s.

Tech lead on DevSecOps, shared libraries and pre-production infrastructure for AWS hardware validation.

Led a DevSecOps initiative as a certified AWS Security Guardian (automated testing, IaC, Onebox environments, security posture upgrades). High-severity tickets fell from 120 to 25 per week, deployment cycles from 45 to 10 days, and security review cycles by 50%.
Architected a common module library extracting 6 shared components across two production hardware validation systems, ending duplicate implementation and setting a single consolidation roadmap.
Orchestrated an org-wide pre-production environment for a Ruby on Rails application across 12 teams. It caught 9 critical issues before deployment and cut customer-impacting production events from 8 (2023) to 2 (2024-present).

Built core modules of the Harness GitOps product.

Architected and delivered the Repositories and Clusters modules for Harness GitOps, with a Golang backend on GKE using gRPC and protobufs, enabling multi-cloud repository management with ArgoCD integration.
Designed an agent versioning system so ArgoCD upgrades ship without breaking existing customers.

Physical Stores merchandising automation, then AWS Identity re-architecture.

Architected Amazon Physical Stores' first cloud-native merchandising automation platform (Lambda, Step Functions, SNS/SQS). Planogram finalization time fell 67% and report generation 93%, while mentoring 3 engineers. The serverless patterns were adopted across hundreds of org-wide microservices.
Re-architected two core AWS Identity systems, phone PIN verification and account creation, from legacy infrastructure to in-house AWS-backed services. PIN failure rates fell 60%, account creation latency 55%, customer conversion rose 40%, and the work saved $2.5M annually.
